- If you Hire a Chocolate Fountain you will need to follow clear instructions on how to melt your chocolate and if you do not follow them clearly the chocolate fountain will not operate as expected. i.e.: Not flow, Burning chocolate, Squirt out etc.
- Please also note that when the Chocolate Fountain Motor is on and Auger is turning and the base of the bowl is warm-hot the fountain is working to expectation.
Cleaning
When you hire a Chocolate Fountain from us, it is also requested that you clean the machine and remove contents before pickup. We will explain how to clean and disassemble upon delivery. It is recommended to clean the machine while the chocolate is still hot, otherwise it will be difficult to clean once the chocolate hardens.
