How do I hire a Jumping Castle with Xtreme Events Group?
Hiring your jumping castle is easy! Simply browse our vast selection of jumping castles, choose the one that suits your event, choose your hire length and click the add to order button. Once you have gone through the checkout process and submitted your order, one of our friendly staff will contact you about availability for your date, delivery & setup details, before then providing you with a full quote.
Once you accept the quote and pay yyour deposit, your jumping castle will be locked in and we will see you on the day of your event.
How long can hire a jumping castle for?
We offer quite a few different hire durations:
- Day hire (4 & 6 hour hires) – drop off before 12pm and pickup after 4pm
- Overnight hire – drop off before 2pm (unless agreed otherwise) and pickup next day
- Weekend hire – drop off Friday and pickup Monday
What are your jumping castle prices?
We have set schedule pricing on our jumping castles which you can find below:
For all inflatables under $500:
- Day Hire 4 Hours Maximum Between 12pm-4pm Normal Price
- Day Hire 4 Hours Maximum Between 11am-5pm Add $25 to Day Hire Price
- Day Hire 4 Hours Maximum Between 10am-6pm Add $50 to Day Hire Price
- Overnight Hire is classed as From 2pm onwards till overnight next day pickup
Jumping Castles over $500 are quoted accordingly but have similar Day Hire or Overnight Hire rules, please ask our friendly staff for correct pricing on these inflatables. Hires before and after the above times will incur further charges. Should you require weights, additional charges will then apply.
Are there any age restrictions for the jumping castles?
Each jumping castle may have specific age recommendations which you can find in the ‘details’ tab on each jumping castle product page. Generally, our units are suitable for children ages 3-17 years, but we can provide details on the age range for each castle upon request.
Unfortunately, no adults are allowed on any of our jumping castles.
How much space do I need for a jumping castle?
Jumping castles are perfect for a variety of events, including birthday parties, school events, community festivals, corporate events, and family gatherings. Whether you’re hosting a small backyard party or a large public event, we have a jumping castle to fit your needs. On each of our jumping castle product pages you will find clear and concise measurements in the ‘details’ tab.
Are your jumping castles safe?
Yes, safety is our top priority! All our jumping castles are designed to meet Australian safety standards, and our team ensures that every unit is thoroughly checked, cleaned, and properly set up. We also provide safety guidelines & checklists to help ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.
What if the weather isn't great on the day of my event?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor events. However your safety is paramount to us and we will NOT risk the lives of your guests and our equipment by proceeding with the hire in the event of extreme weather conditions.
Xtreme Events Group reserves the right to cancel any jumping castle on the day or day before should BOM predict extreme weather conditions during the hire. Both wind and rain are looked at.
You wwill be notified via text or a phonecall and a full refund of the payment made on your jumping castle hire only.

Do you provide staff to supervise the jumping castle?
We can supply a Competent Supervisor at a cost or you can click here to access our documentation page for Risk Assessments, Safety play and a short video to have you classed as a Competent Person to Supervise. (Xtreme Events Group will ask for a signed Competent person waiver form to be held with all documents around each Jumping castle Hire event)
